About Wild Fletching

Since 2014, Wild Fletching has been grinding feathers for arrow fletching, but that’s not all we do. We offer services such as: chopping, dying, and we offer our one-of-a-kind “Grind one, Keep one” system to receive your own feathers, or an optional store credit to quickly trade your feathers for finished fletching. Not only will you get a quality product, but also a great deal.

I find beauty in using things from nature. Whether it is grinding turkey feathers to re-use on arrows, growing my own vegetables, cutting my own firewood, or hunting and foraging; I know exactly where these things come from. Not only are wild turkey feathers the most durable and water resistant feathers you can use on arrows, they are sustainably and humanely harvested. Wild Fletching is the largest supplier of 100% North American wild turkey fletching.

All of the wild turkeys harvested come from licensed hunters. These licenses contribute funds to the conservation and restoration of wildlife. Instead of simply discarding these feathers, they are collected and sent to Wild Fletching to be given a second life as fletching. Wild turkey feathers have been used to fletch arrows for thousands of years and I hope to help keep this tradition alive; Plastic Vanes and Farm Raised mass produced feather fletching simply cannot compare.
